Hotel Comfort Inn — Hotel in Ambernath

I stayed for One night, hotel staff is helpful. Facilities are good and cool enough.

Complimentary service are depends which kind of budget you have I have single bedroom which cost to me around 1750/- with GST and payable by credit card.

Facilities I got 4 complimentary water bottle of 1/2 litres. Ready to made coofee, tea and sugar bags for 2 cups. 1 dental 🪥 kit and bathing soap. Refrigerator, locker, Wi-Fi access. Shower gel, shampoo and handwash squeeze available with good fragrance.

Overall stay was good and comfortable without any kind of distrubance. One extra hour i take to checkout from the hotel without any issue.

Some disappointment like no smart...

I had booked the hotel for 24th and 25th March 2020, however due to lockdown and cancellation of all trains and flights I had to cancel the booking. I had paid 50% advance for booking which the hotel management is not refunding citing their internal policy doesn't allow. I am wondering if everything is shut how is one suppose to reach hotel??? Railways and airlines have refunded my entire money with out charges....extremely money minded and unprofessional and inhuman of the hotel management in this time of great global...
