I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and have become a loyal customer. Although this time I was visiting with my mother and my grandmother, we ordered achari paneer tikka, the person who was taking order firstly denied saying it will take time to cook, but eventually took the order as we said it was fine if it took 20 mins or so. When the order came and they served it to us, and we ate it we found that it was not cooked well, the paneer and the veggies were uncooked and definitely didn't taste like tikka. We addressed this to the management and their response was that we should have said this before eating the food. How would we know the dish was not cooked well before tasting it? Really hated how they addressed this issue, further did not take it seriously and had no response other than should have said before tasting. I feel if not me should have taken my mom and...

It just has awesome south indian food. South Indian lovers out there would love coming here. A hice soffesticated place with great ambience. A cool and everwhelming restaurant. Could be a bit cheaper but still is affordable for a normal middle class Indian. Talking about the service provided here, it's a bit slow. The order takes about 10mins to get onto your table. The level of importance provided to you as a customer is just insanely awesome. All in all a good family restaurant. Should visit this place. It's just easily accessible from the Ambernath Railway Station, about 200 mtrs froms the station. I just forgot to talk about the food served. Food all in all is pretty good, a must visit restaurant for the veggie lovers out there.
