Horsley Hills Holiday Homes Resort — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

No, No & No….Please never go for this hotel. Sharing my experience with you here. I had booked a four bed room in this hotel through Make My Trip for two nights. On the website below facilities/amenities were promised to provide and included in the package.

Refrigerator AC Power back up Water bottle TV Breakfast Sofa

Let me tell you the fact now. The AC was not working properly and AC remote was also not working. Refrigerator and Sofa was not available in the room. The hotel manager said its not included. There is no power back up. My second night was restless with no power and water. Water bottles were given after multiple request on the first day while no bottle were provided on the next day. TV was not working. In breakfast they served tasteless idli and plain dosa with sambar/chutney with no hygiene. Hotel manager and owner are unresponsive and irresponsible and they won’t answer your calls. Most of the time you won’t find anyone at reception.

There was a frog 🐸 inside the room. The room was very dirty, bed sheets were not cleaned. Drawers were broken. Electric kettle and cutlery were super dirty.

Stay here at your own risk but I never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor experience and pathetic...

Never ever choose this place to stay. This worst experience hotel I ever came across in my travel life. The reception is like walk through an local bar. The room are of age old doors , dirty linen and stinking toilets. Absolutely big no for family. No service , no toiletries. Complete place is like dungeon which exactly built and meant for all illegal activities mainly drinking etc... one of the worst experience and spoiled the entire vacation.

Never stay in this hotel as nothing will be available for a pleasant stay, no lock for toilets, broken closets, broken chairs, no TV, No wifi and foul smell in all the rooms, they will send some fake images while booking and ask for advance payments, never visit this place as no one will be available to provide service.Request to avoid stay here for your own benefit.

First of all, this homestay is nowhere close to what pictures say!!! The whole place looked like a dump yard and garbage thrown all around including both side of the entrance of so called premium room/villa. Inside the room is also inexplicably dirty.

We checked in to stay here for two nights. We reserved two rooms. The place has terrible service, straight incompetence. First we were provided one towel each per room, for four of us. When we opened the towels they were both dirty. When we requested, they promised to replace them but never showed up again to change the towels. The television subscription wasn’t paid, so the television had no content. In the morning we had to wait an hour around 0830 am for breakfast. They brought it with great reluctance. They refused to offer coffee or tea with the breakfast.

We were simply fed up and left the place without completing our stay. We lost over seven thousand rupees due to this. Further, we had to pay again for alternative accommodation on the second night.

Pathetic place....
