Hotel Masineni Grand — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

I'll begin by mentioning that me & my family prioritise our comfort levels the most by ensuring that our stay is Hassel free which includes criterias like Good rooms, food , services, location and expenses to be done for them which I'll discuss below in details and also the reason why I gave it a 5 star rating.

Rooms -

There are different "category" of rooms here and depending on your requirement, availability and budget you can opt for any of them as all of them are really well maintained and spacious. We being a family of 3 opted for "executive" category which for one night costs ~4100 with breakfast including GST. There is centralised air conditioning. Bathrooms attached are really clean and a cubical for bathing makes it way less of a mess than open ones. I have attached photos along side so that u can see clearly what I'm mentioning here.

Food -

The hotel has 2 Seperate Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Restaurant which have good variety of food. There is also a Restaurant cum bar on first floor where they serve both veg and non veg along with alcohol. The prices of food and beverages in all 3 restaurants are very reasonable along with staff that is very helpful.

Services -

The hotel has excellent services with well trained staff as they provide room services very quickly and very politely. One time we came past the dinner timings and we hadn't eaten anything since lunch and they were nice enough to arrange food for us near to midnight. They also have Car parking in basement as well as outside.

Location -

It's almost in the centre of Anantapur so places that we had to visit during our trip were easily accessible.

A worst experiance with the un ethical hotel staff behaviour. On 14th May 2022, I was trying to contact the hotel number and the nice was busy for sometime. later i tried booking from hotel website. I got the booking confirmation and got the text that someone will call me shortly. I waited till that evening but no one contacted me. I called the hotel number again. This time someone lifts my call and said he will confirm me with in 2 minutes. I waited for half an hour, no one called me. Again tried to connect the same number. Now some other person lifted the call and asked me to wait for 2 minutes.. This time i said i will wait online and asked him to confirm me. He was arguing with me to cut the call and for sometime he keep silent. When i said that I'm recording this call and going to complain to his mangement then he responded and said that he has not received any confirmation from the website. Finally he is asking me to book through Make my trip.. In MMT the price was 30% higher than what this hotel is providing. And i need to book Hotel Rajahamsa.
