SS Palace Multicuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Very worst experience i had here.. after hearing from locals and checking in google, i choose to go here for dinner.. the whole day i was on bike road trip, so for good food and relaxation i went to this place @ about 9 o clock along with 3 of my friends, stafd was so quick in taking orders ( usual case, later we dont find that quickness) ordered 3 egg biryani, 1 veg dum biryani, started and 4 lemon sodass... Waited for about 45 minutes and then ve got chance to taste starter ( offcource it was tasty) by the time we finish our satrter( another 20 mins) twist was waiting for us.. all of sudden some other atafd came and said "sorry sir biryani's r over wi give fried rice in replace ( i was like u kidding me, we were there to taste biryani and he s saying we give you fried rice)... later satrted fight and ended with walk out from there without paying anything as punishment for wasting my time ( time was around 10:30).. best part is the guy who took order is not reasy to come outside from kitchen nli... So guys i suggest all, please check stock in kitchen before u order something... And i request hotel staff to allow them to ur kitchen for checking invetorie well in advance to be sure that they will get what they ordered...

We recently visited this place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. When it comes to food, the vegetarian dishes were quite good. However, we were disappointed with the non-veg items.

We ordered the Rayalaseema Chicken, but unfortunately, it wasn’t cooked properly. The staff responded promptly and replaced it with a different dish, but that too didn’t meet our expectations. The biryani was okay.

Overall, the experience was pleasant mainly due to the polite and attentive staff. Not sure if the undercooked chicken was a one-off issue or if it’s a regular concern, but it definitely affected our...

Don't waste time here unless u get the answer sorry sir we don't have biryani...2 days back we went for to taste a good biryani in Anantapur as we are new to city searched in Google.... But the night waiting for different story after ordering and waiting for one hour we got starters and then got answer sorry sir biryani is not there can we serve fried rice...if we want fried rice why should we come to u and wait for an hour we could eat in street...finally after waste argument with management we walked out and ate in good veg canteen Lemon Fresh......So suggestiong not ever try to go SS Paradise ....try in...
