Hotel Serena — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Irresponsible management & staff:. October 1st we had an my son's 1st birthday event at Hotel Serena, we almost booked this event 1n half ||month before, we were following up for all arrangements. The day has come we were so exited n happy to celebrate the function with our near ones, but due to this irresponsible manager n staff, they didn't even switch on the AC till 7 pm, actually they were abt t handle the hall at 6pm, finally we noticed n asked them to switch on then they have noticed AC is not working, n our guests were so irritated with the sweat n but some how magician manged them sit till 9pm but still the problem didn't resolved n even lift stoped working from 7:30,we literally so disappointed n shouted on manager n asked them to the fans, still they were telling it will resolve, finally they have got the fans, but switch boards r not wokiworkingng, many of our relatives were kids n knee pain patients n old ppl too, we carried them from 5th to ground floor n it was So annoying to us n even too them also, some how we have finished the event with minimum 10 power cuts, while cake cutting also power cut happend , we were planned well but due this management it was a nightmare to us.. so much food has became waste... hotel management didn't even apologize us, it's been 15 days still we are unable to come out of from the incident happened... I stayed here on the return from Srisailam to Ananthpur on 19th July 2025 evening. I checked in here at 9pm IST at night, and we directly searched the hotel in google maps and verified and contacted accordingly.

The rooms were very neat and clean, and the staff was very respectful, polite, cordial and always ready to serve. They do not have the food facility, however you will have variety of the food options, outside the hotel as well. You can go by your own, OR you can give the money to the hotel waiter - and they can get you food as per your requirement OR else third option is Zomato.... Anything is preferable, as per your comfortness.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city, but that actually turns out to be a boon, a life for the people travelling through the highway.. Great saviour👌👌👌👌— the area is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Little highly priced, but its all worth.. We booked room for INR 2240/- amount only for few hours, as we checked in at around 9pm IST in night time.
