I recently stayed at Hotel Neem Tree, Ananthapur with my family, and I must say, the experience was quite satisfying. Though the rooms are compact, they are exceptionally neat and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impressive, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of the upkeep of the rooms and common areas.

I had booked two rooms for my family after calling your reception in advance to confirm rates and availability. The reception staff advised me to book directly to get the best price, which I appreciated. However, upon our arrival at 8 PM, I was informed that the rooms I had reserved were not available, and they offered me a non-AC room at the same rate, which I declined, requesting the AC room I had originally booked. To my disappointment, they then quoted me nearly double for the AC room.

In addition to the miscommunication regarding the room availability, the behavior of the staff was quite unsatisfactory.
