PRABHAA GRAND INN — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

If I had an option I would give ZERO to this hotel and management....such a worst service.....we booked party hall 1 month prior to our function with details clearly mentioned in the bill 1st floor Darbar hall which is a hall capacity of 150 people and we were expecting 200 members for evening dinner. The so called manager by name RAM was the one in touch with us from day 1 one fine day 2weeks before our event called us saying it's raining heavily in chittoor see if you can move your event to afternoon.we said we don't have any issue with rain we have all members from chittoor who can attend party for sure. He kept quite at that point of time....right before 2 days of our event they again started calling us saying we have made a mistake there's another party same day of 400-500 people they'll take 1st floor and tried convincing us to take 4th and 5th floor where hardly 50 people will also not fit in....we were always on our stand that we booked hall 1 month in advance and we will not take 4th floor as we already shared invites to guests also.inspite of telling them many a times they kept bothering us to change and troubled us alot till one day night before the event and the MD infact threatened us to cancel our function....such a cheap business strategies they played with us thinking that we don't have an option in the last except for accepting to take 4th floor as they said...so if any want their function to be canceled by them only then opt for this hotel party hall....they couldn't accommodate 150 people for a birthday party properly I don't understand how come they can handle 400-500 people in that hall...such an idiotic management misbehaving with customers after paying money well in advance..They'll go to any extent to compromise us instead of giving what they committed to customer.Just because of their behavior we had to cancel the partyhall one day before our event and look for another as they were forcing us to take smaller hall and threatening us....I don't know whoever is that MD you better don't play such cheap business tricks and play with your customer events.....you have no right to cancel our event it's we who paid money so we cancelled since you guys are WORST in managing services.....who reputation has already gone as we informed all our guests why we had changed venue in the last moment amd most of them were professionals out of them...stick to your words without making customer suffer for...

Rooms:- we have ask them of each every basic in the room .. Like soaps .. Bath towels .. Shampoo .. Etc .. Very importantly .. They should not allow the guest to smoke in the lobby & in the hotel premises ... Due to which the rooms were stinking in with smoke smell .. Had to call the service guys 4 to 5 times for rooms freshener ..

Note:- we had a early morning seva at 4am at Kanipakam temple ... ( Thus we had informed the hotel guys the previous night itself to ensure hot water for morning ... The front office person confirmed us hot water is 24 hours ... Nothing to worry sir he informed me But what happened was the hotel screwed in this too .. No hot water at all had called them 3:30am he said wait for 15 mins hot water will come nothing turned up expect cold water due to this late in service from the hotel guys we reached the temple at 5am and we had missed the seva & attend only darshanam

WIFI:- the hotel booking had conformed free WiFi ... However they have a WiFi in the hotel which doesn't even show their hotel pop up to join & activate WiFi .. Had informed this to the hotel manager Vinod & he assured me it will be sought out in some time ..

However the hotel guys did not have same soughed out ... Right from starting of my stay till I had checked out they did sought out the same and had no WiFi in my entire trip .. Even after informing them more than 5 times .. Nothing worked .. Over all very bad hotel ... Stayed on 23rd feb 2017 to 24th feb 2017.

Kindly note:- I've have also given a feedback form to the hotel Manager at the time of check out to the front office in-charge .. He confirmed me that the hotel GM shall reply or call & respond to my feed back with in 24 hours .. But even that is...

The location of the hotel is in a walkable distance from main junction of the area so the commuters can access with ease. The entrance of the hotel gives you a posh look and the glass elevation works are so cool with ample cark parking in the front which can hold upto 8 cars and also have a basement parking which can hold upto 15 cars at once. The receptionist are so friendly and help u feel comfortable and explain things clearly. They have a fast food restaurant, a Baker's and confectioneries outlet for oursiders too in the same building but seggregated along with couple of banquet halls and celebrations rooms. They almost have 30+ rooms to accommodate guests and have 3 floors in total with rooftop family restaurant too. The furniture works and lobby glass works including the artworks in the walking area is simply mind blowing and u will fall in love with the wallpaper works done all over the hotel both interior and exterior part of the rooms/suites. The false ceiling works and lighting's and the furniture are impeccable and the lavatory systems and the brand quality used in all their toilets are world class like Toto, Jaguar and kind of stuff only. Hope you will enjoy you stay at the hotel if you are probably searching for a awesome hotel in the nearby areas of chitoor district.
