Worst service i had been waited for 15mins at the counter the person kept me waited to make payment and get the order bill. After that i got my order. I got choco lava cake a part of all chicken box, it is totally very hard even the spoon couldn’t penetrate inside but it is still hot i think they already made the cake again reheated it so turns to get harder, I approached the staff immediately the manager responded what’s the problem, i told him to check the cake, he is replying that it is good, i told him to insert the spoon by his bare eyes he can see that spoon can’t go in then how can I consume it?? He replied we maintain our standards, how do you want your cake to be!!! Is this is way to talk to your customers like that?? You own a franchise which holds a very good standards and you have to make things appropriate to your norms not mine right? His main motive is asking me how you want your cake to be?? Do I know how to cook!!! After the argument he sent a lady staff to bake new cake for 2 mins and bring it to him, he showed me a unbaked cake which is not in the form cake but still lava form how can i consume it?? I asked him how to consume it? He replied how do you want it to be, is this is the right way to answer the customer, is this is vishnu bhavan or Prabha grand inn to customise to fast food or any tiffen, How could I explain!!! I told him how other KFCs provide this cake and how you provided to me!! He replies me - you won’t get like that, this is our standards, do I know how to bake a cake?? Again he himself went to the owen and baked it for another 2 mins and it is still 75% lava 25% cake, this is the way that management or owner teach their works how to behave or talk with the customers. Apart from other KFC’s I visited all over India this is the worst experience i ever had in my life that to in my hometown makes me very disappointed. Worst service, worst manager talking like this is our standards if you want you eat if you don’t want you leave as i’m not taking anything for free I'm paying the money for my food disrespectful behaviour, no air conditioning inside the premises. Read moreToday's visit to the Kfc was pathetic and horrifying. I was waiting for my meal when I saw that, one of the staff member supposed to prepare food go to the wash room wearing his hand gloves. Then he was in the washroom quite sometime. While he came out, he was still wearing the hand gloves and he went back directly to the kitchen. When asked about this reckless and unhygienic behaviour to the person who was taking orders, he said that- after coming out of washroom he will dispose the hand gloves. When asked if it was recorded in the camera..that person was blabbering something. I left immediately . Now I'm posting this so that strict action would be taken to follow hygienic practices and lack of proper supervision in such a renowned outlet...

AC not working. Informed the Manager and he gives same excuse as staff gave like printer not working to give bill and Cleaning going on so AC is off deliberately.
If we complaint to Manager we expect resolution of concern, but not excuses. Manager should ensure cleaning is done prior to 11 AM before shop opens and keep printer ready. This is not first time they give excuse that printer not working.
I request KFC to educate your staff and Manager on implications of not giving bill while charging GST to customer and ensure better dining experience as well...
