EDITED Review 3/12/2023:- Delivery through Zomato Quality did improve compared to last time I ordered 3 days ago but the rice used was not fresh. Kulchas were great. Still hesitant to order main course dish like Cashew Paneer after what happened last time. So I have increased the stars from 2 to 3

29/11/2023:- Delivery through Zomato. 3 main points: packaging, quality and price. 1)Packaging:- The package doesn't have the bill from Quality Inn Or Ramachandra Quality Inn named box that the dish is usually packaged in.

2. Quality:- The dish tastes like I ordered it from a roadside dhaba with lots of chillis, very poor quality and quantity cashews. oil used is already affecting my throat. it tastes reused oil, not something a 3 Star hotel uses. Now I am worried about getting my stomach upset and will think twice before ordering from here again.

Cygnett Lite is already a hotel I stopped ordering from. unfortunately now I have to add Quality Inn too to that list.

3. Price is too Expensive:- After paying so much I ended up eating a below average dish.
