Disappointed with the Quality – Not Expected from KFC Visited the KFC outlet at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a KFC. The burger was completely tasteless, the popcorn chicken was dry and lacked any flavor, and to top it off, the French fries were served cold. The biggest letdown was the chicken—it tasted stale and the masala seemed completely off, almost like a poor imitation of the original KFC recipe.

Honestly, it felt like everything had been sitting out for hours. For a brand known for quality and consistency, this was incredibly disappointing. The service was provided at KFC which was located on Duvvada road. Few times I have visited and for few orders I have placed through Swiggy. For online orders food was not look fresh and not as expected taste .

While visiting the store they are not taking orders in time and there is no person available at the counter and they were not responsive, finally I have Waited for 20 mins and one guy came for taking orders and simply saying cards payment will not be accepted, and he asking for UPI payment but during my UPI network was very poor so due to that I left the store and moved to another restaurant. I have ordered the Wednesday 399 offer bucket but they didn’t give me the menu as promised in the bill. They simple said that menu has been changed so we have given all 15 pieces peri peri fries and I requested them to change my order but they denied. Worst service and scammed me by saying menu has been changed if the menu changes they need to change it everywhere(store/app). For to confirm i have called to other store and asked them regarding the menu changes but shockingly they have confirmed that “No” menu has not been changed.
