Good rooms, decent pricing, understaffed property and mediocre food and weird management Room 411 and 405 - twin room suits 21 dec to 24 dec
Rooms (4.5/5) Rooms are really decent in this property however. However the washroom in room 411, had some sewage like smell.
Food ((2/5) Dinner buffet was heavily under organised on 21st December. They don’t know how to make Chapatis, Chapatis were not available & when they were made available, they were half cooked. Extra sweet flavour in paneer and orangish color was also added. Soup was not warm, Pulaav was great., Tea and Coffee is really nice. Plates, bowl, spoons etc were not available.
**Note - we noticed thrice I.e. post having evening snacks (pakodas, which tasted very nice ) & dinner on same day & breakfast on next day, “the oil being used is very bad”. All of us started having severe acidity & indigestion. So later we ordered from outside. We found “Perambur Srinivas veg restaurant” offers great aloo parathas. The restaurant at Taj Tirupati I.e. “Varuna” is also great. It’s not as costly as other taj’s. So that’s a must try.
Room service (3/5) Very delayed room cleaning service on 21st and 22nd. Later it was improved on 23rd.
Room dining service (3/5) It was quite delayed on 21 and 22. Secondly no one is taking care of in-room crockery. Until we ask them nobody come and replace the plates and cups etc.
Parking (5/5)
Location (3.5/5) The connecting road is being constructed at fast rate. So soon it would be great.
Management (1/5) I believe management is overwhelmed by the bookings and they are understaffed. It also feels like management is not from good hospitality background. They are hired from Some 2 star hotels. They try a lot by being over courteous but things appear beyond their approach.
Overall I gave 2 stars because property was understaffed for first two days of our stays. It’s a nice stay, the pricing is very nice, but they have to improve heavily on north India food and management and servicing. I seriously...
Read moreI came on a business trip and stayed at this hotel from 18th Dec'24 to 20th Dec'24. In these 2 days, I faced 5 issues at the hotel.
They didn't even provided me an alternate room also.
Only good thing at this hotel is that if anyone is coming with a family from a long distance, there will be a kitchen in every room to cook by themselves.
Amenities & Service are the worst at this hotel. Never book at this hotel.
During my entire stay, I faced some or the other issue...

I stayed at Starlit Suites, Tirupati from 03.11.2025 to 04.11.2025, booking two rooms for one night and paying approx ₹10,000/- in total. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations and nowhere near the value for money.
Both rooms were in poor condition right from check-in. The rooms were not cleaned properly, with visible dust on furniture and cobwebs in corners. It was evident that no proper dusting or cleaning had been done before allotting the rooms.
The bathroom shower was not functional, which made the stay extremely inconvenient. There were cracks on the walls and seepage marks that gave the place a very shabby look. To make matters worse, there was a foul, musty smell inside the rooms that persisted despite keeping the windows open.
They offered us a complimentary lunch to compensate for this. Can a free lunch helps you forget the worst nightmare of your life by staying at this hotel!
For a hotel charging ₹10,000 for a night’s stay, such conditions are completely unacceptable. The maintenance and hygiene levels are far below basic standards.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend Starlit Suites Tirupati to anyone. There are certainly better options available in this price range offering far cleaner and more...
