WORST WORST HOTEL EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE., Tied up with tirupati package otherwise not even a single person will visit In my package 3 thali was included so i ordered extra 3 lasssi, on my payment , they said no sharing , at that time i said i have 2 kids 1.5 yrs and 6 years they can rarely eat anything, rather than saying ok whole staff came and shouted at us that how we made 6 year old kid made eat, they want us to waste whole THALI FOOD as a child cannot eat so much. In tirupati if there is such kind of behaviour of hotel staffs towards kids that hardly this hotel will survive . Lastly i end up paying for 1 thali which was free in my package, i could have taken one more thali as i will have to pah for it but i chose to save the resources rather than wasting. Daily so many people are starving to death because of food and this hotel want us buy one extra thali so that they can fill their pockets and throw the food in dustbin… 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 hats off to such...

Very worst behaviour ...staffs r very careless n not at all giving respect to the customers.. especially manager is very arrogant and rude.... Having such a big hotel they don't even have online payment facility.... And the staffs don't even have the patience to wait till we finish our food... They r snatching it before we finish...

The hotel and pure veg restaurant has tie up with few travel agencies, especially for the Tirupati Darshan package. Parking area is big. Food was good. Washroom cleanliness is not up to the mark though. 600-800 for two if you are not opting for thali. Thali will cost you...
