Hotel Parvati, Kamakhya – A Warm and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Parvati during my recent visit to Kamakhya. The experience was made truly special by the warm hospitality and excellent service offered by the team.
First and foremost, a big thanks to Mr. Sourav, the owner, who is a genuinely polite and hands-on person. He’s always around to help with a smile, making guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
The food deserves a special mention — absolutely delicious! Their in-house cook, Prasenjit, who has the finesse of a MasterChef, prepares meals that are not only tasty but also feel homely and fresh.
The rooms are very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the bathrooms are equally hygienic, which is always a priority for any traveler.
Another big plus is the location — the hotel is just 5–7 minutes away from the Kamakhya Temple, making it very convenient for devotees and tourists alike.
Overall, Hotel Parvati offers a great blend of comfort, warmth, and quality service. Highly recommended for anyone...

At least if the rooms were cleaned, it may have been manageable. Had booked the rooms mainly because of the proximity to the temple, but it was below par in every other aspect so we booked another place in the city and left in the evening. Did not bother asking for refund as didn't have time/energy to deal...
