Nilachal Hill, located in the heart of Guwahati, is a serene and spiritually significant destination that captivates visitors with its natural beauty and cultural importance. Standing tall on the southern bank of the Brahmaputra River, this hill is primarily known for the Kamakhya Temple, one of the most revered Shakti Peethas in India.

The Kamakhya Temple, dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya, attracts pilgrims and tourists alike. Its unique architecture and religious significance make it a must-visit. The annual Ambubachi Mela, celebrated here, is a cultural extravaganza.
