Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Rishal Niwas Homestay – Guwahati We visited Guwahati for Maa Kamakhya Darshan, traveling from Nagpur with a family of 8 people in 2 cars. We had prebooked a dormitory at Rishal Niwas Homestay and reached late at night, but the owner was very welcoming and helped us get settled comfortably. The support staff was extremely helpful and guided us on how the Darshan coupon system works, which saved us a lot of time. They also shared useful tips about local shopping areas nearby. The location is a big plus—very close to the Kamakhya Temple, centrally located in the city, and with convenient parking facilities. The stay was clean, safe, and hassle-free. Hello I am Himanshu, From Delhi. I stayed here for Complete 2 days. Visited Kamakhya temple and some other temples near by like Umanand and Balaji Temple. Hotel rooms space is very fine and good. Beds, Kitchen and Bathroom is very clean as any person needs. The hotel has very beautiful Bhramputra scenic view at the front. The Kamakhya temple is quite near from guest house. The Hospitality is splendid, Every time I asked for tea or coffee the order came within few minutes in the room. Guest house has good space for parking. The most amazing and best Place near guest house is "The Chakreswar Temple" very next to guest house. The Temple is Very Serene, Beautiful and Great Bhramputra scenic view. What a lovely experience of staying at Rishal Niwas. It did feel like staying at home away from home. Rooms are clean and spacious. Since I booked this property at my arrival, there was no 3 beds room available and hence we booked double bed room with an extra bed and it could fit perfectly well!! The place is located right across the Bramahaputra River and a nearby Vishnu temple is another value addition. Apart from all these aesthetics the highlight for us was the home cooked vegetarian food.

We loved staying at this property the staff was really good and the host Nikita was extremely polite. She guided us very well as how we can utilise our time best. Am surely gonna stay at this property when Ma Kamakhya calls me...
