Hotel IC Inn — Hotel in Betul

Stayed at this property as one other good option was not available this time. Booked three deluxe rooms for single occupancy @ 1500 / night /room||||The rooms were quite big but there was a typical smell in every rooms as sunlight is not available inside the hotel from any corner. Although in my request they had changed the linens and room fresher was sprayed but despite of that u can avoid the smell. ||Now coming to the service it is really pathetic. They have wrote 24 hour food available in their menu but literally nothing wad available and worst was their attitude. We called them around 10.10 that what is available then they said what do u want and when we name anything they say they will confirm and call back but no call back at all. After 15 min again calm them and same attitude. Went to their reception but everyone was busy in serving their GM of this pathetic hotel. They were so careless and tension free and they have nothing to do with our food. ||||Wifi was there but only again for GM sir||||In morning when checking the bill they mentioned wrong surname for one of my colleague. A blunder as they write Pawar instead of Antre and to my surprise they said that they can not change it in the bill. Located near by Betul Railway Sation around 7 min walking distance. Tried booking through Make my trip and Goibibo but both were showing sold out. But when i visited hotel it was almost empty.2-3 rooms were booked out 40 rooms as they say . I was charged almost 600 extra compared to mmt and goibibo displaying price. They made us wait almost 30 min and the guy at reception was talking rudely. Beside this my experience was quite good.I booked luxury room which was clean but washroom was not upto mark. Food quality was not so good I will recommend ordering from Zayka and Mehfil restaurant.3 bakeries...

The hotel is located in a commercial building with shops on the ground floor & hotel reception on 1st floor through stairs. Our overall experience at IC Inn was okay. Rooms were of good size, & were nicely decorated. Although, the linen on bed had couple of dirty spots. Couple of wall corners in my room had marks due to water dampening. Bathrooms didn't have a great hygienic feel. Internet connectivity was also for namesake. But the bed was comfortable, served food was okay, had same feeling as homemade.
