Staff: Staff Is "Very Slow" And not communicate properly. They even don't listen you , They serve food and then invisible, you have to find them for more chapatis and extra orders. Also they make very wired face while watching you. Not even single smile on there fase.

Food quality: Don't eat rice And Any Raita(cured) there, it's always Test Very bad or test less. Even you refuse to eat they will add cost of refused food in your bill.

Water: When you test water which they provide its test like Handpump water.

And glasses is very dirty you can easily see the rust in it.

Price: Over charged, a roast papad cost 15Rs. Everything is overcharged. But quality is very low.

Parking: Avarege No complaints whenever I reach in car a Parking man always there who helps you to enter and exit the area. Good job man.

Environmental: fake Royal classic environment. After sitting 10 minute you realise the lights are Very dim it's need to brighter, at least on table where you eat so you can see the food what you are eating.

Conclusion: you should avoid this place if you want to eat value for money food. With good environment.

Suggestions:

For staff - give a smile it's not big deal to give a little smile to your customers. They smile back to you it's a healthy and happier communication between you and your customers. And of course they'll give you a wonderful tip for this smile.

Listen your customers what bthey want , tell them what is best foot at your so cold restorant. Suggest them and ask them what they prefer also tell them how much time it's takes.

So the customer will be Relex and not wait for you every time.

For cook /master chef: I respect cooks and I like the test of most of the food. Of there.

But some points you need to fix. Use fresh cured for making all types of Raita. And please provide good quality rice. Use fresh rice to surve.

I have been eating at this place for more than 20 years. It used to be a very small restaurant when it started and I used to visit here with my parents.

One of the first few restaurants in Betul for good dining experience.

They have never disappointed me in terms of taste and service. There taste have been amazing consistently over years and no wonder they had to restructure to a bigger space.

Taste - 5/5. They have good options to serve which the local people like and for that their taste is very good. All desi Chinese items are made in the right way. Kothe is a must try. Its proper crunchy and very good in taste.

In Indian veg cuisine Shahi Paneer and Paneer Masala are very good to try. They have good variety of Naans and Parathas available in their menu.

People like their Dosa and Sambar too. They have their Sambar made in North Indian Style. If you visit South Indian cities you will find the original taste a little different. Karnataka and Tamil Nadu both have different taste of Sambar. In same way North Indians make Sambar a little different. Same is served here which is good in its own way.

Hygiene n Quality - 5/5. So far I have not find any issues. Few issues do happen anywhere but that's rare and when there were such issue they were polite to replace the dish. Their Hygiene and Quality of food is very good.

Prices - 5/5. With time off course the prices have gone up but it's still good for the place.

Service - 5/5 They provide a good service. Speedy service, polite staff is what any restaurant should have and they do have those.

Restaurant is famous but its like great cry little wool. I went with my eight friends. Starter was quite good we ordered chilli Paneer. Now come to main course we ordered Khadai paneer, Paneer tika and one one more paneer curry, sev-tammatar all curries are not taste up to the mark almost all tastes same. Tandoori Roti was good. At last we ordered lime soda four of us ordered salty and rest sweet but waiter serves us 7 salty and only two sweet.

Behaviour of attendants and waiters was okay although they didn't keep simile on their faces.

Maintenance and cleanliness is very good. It gives you very good environment to eat.But crockery and spoon and fork was recently cleaned, it was clearly visible by drops of water on it.

Price Vs Tastes price of four curries, 36 Chapattis, starter and lime and soda costs us Rs. 1600. Cost doesn't match with taste and it was really little costly.

At last we went in Ice-cream parlour there ice cream was too hard. So they didn't sell us. Some of my friends bought frosty, Amul cake but it was also hard one of my friend...
