Hotel O Sawan INN — Hotel in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

The stay at OYO 47605 Satya Homes in Bhubaneswar on 25 -26 Oct 21 was pathetic. I have never ever seen such unhygienic and poor services in my life. Following points observed:- The room when it openes was full of mosquitoes and when I asked for any goodnight or allout machine, they denied. Inside the room dusting up was not done, spider webs were hanging on the roof, also just in front of door Garbage was lying. Food was not hygienic and also not being served, they just packed up from some where in polethes and kept in the room with just one lowest quality paper plate without spoon. TV was not working, Tata sky was not recharge, in spite of so many reminders finally they told that there is some problems in recharging. There was no Wi-Fi, after telling so many times they given password, but it shows no internet. Last and most important thing is the attitude of staff was vary casual. So, I had stayed there for the night and I had to leave for airport early morning. Let me share the pathetic inconvenience i have experienced. Initially I had booked some other guest house and when I reach there, the receptionist asked 500rs more. I called the customer care and he apologized at first but he booked this guest house for me from his side. Also he took 143rs from me as a confirmation. I had to travel again for 7km and was tensed. After reaching here in Satya homes, the property manager denied the booking request by saying that we take more money and if you have booked from Oyo then you have to pay extra. However i convinced him and gave some extra amount to stay there. The night I stayed there was awful. In morning while I was rushing to check out, the receptionist kept waiting me for 39 minutes intentionally. This guest house is definitely not...

The rooms are average and may improve there cleanliness. Bedsheet was not upto the mark like arbitrary arrangement. The bathroom are too small.ceiling fan was not working. It's little away from the road. Noise free area. The bathroom experience is awful that the flush is not working properly. Kind request to staff that please atleast check your services before you offer hospitality. We booked from Oyo so it's little cheaper than you book from the offline.
