Booked a 1 kg pineapple cake through website & it was a pickup from the Jagamara outlet. On the delivery day a lady called me for the confirmation. But when i reached for pickup , staff had no clue about the order. They didn’t checked the email & were blaming each other infront of me . Waited for 1 hr 30 mins and my party got delayed.
