THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL YOU COULD BOOK IN ADVANCE. (THIS IS ANOTHER LISTING OF GREENSTAR SHITHOTEL TO CONFUSE REAL REVIEWERS FROM OYO)

I booked n paid online through Oyo app for 3 days, 2 nights. Upon arriving there, the hotel asked for extra Rs.1000! (The booking itself was less than it!) That was literally blackmail as if I had cancelled it manually, my stay of 1 night would be deducted as penalty by Oyo!

Be aware, NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, PAY ONLINE IN ADVANCE to this greenshit hotel. They will get you to book a room by posting at a good price in Oyo and upon arrival, use different blaming n blackmail techniques to extort money.

I tried A LOT LOT LOT to convince receptionist to not charge extra or take 200-300 extra but let me stay, but she didn't agreed

I was stranded in very hot sun for more than a hour to get a full refund from Oyo, which would otherwise had got deducted.

The location is very bad too, not easily accessible.

And they have multiple listings of this hotel in this area to try to suppress real reviews from Oyo customers. I hope it...

Many customers are facing the same issue. A very unprofessional and bad experience I had. I paid the amount from Oyo app to this hotel and they were asking for double money at check-in. I was surprised and the lady at reception was very unprofessional I think she don't have parents at her home and she was miss behaving a lot. I was with my family including my aged Mom and dad of 75yrs. And this OYO 16631 The Greenstar Inn I will take a legal action after I reach my home for sure. ZERO STAR. I had a bitter experience with this hotel and I recommend no one to book a room here. I had booked a room on 2nd May 2019 and I went to the hotel and a lady in reception told we don't accept oyo payment. As charges at that time was similar to oyo I paid. Unfortunately the next day fani cyclone struck Bhubaneswar and my flight got cancelled so I had to stay back when I told im extending my stay il book through oyo which showed Rs765 as the price but the hotel management didn't accept and told to pay Rs1500 cash which was insane taking advantage of my helplessness. Apart from this there is no restaurant attached or nearby this hotel and rooms don't have windows(mine was room no. 204) and are highly suffocating.
