Hotel O Bihan Hospito India — Hotel in Bihar

Don't book this hotel by just seeing 3 start rated on most of the platform and price being shown under 1K. First of all if you have booked it under 1500 then they will simply refuse the checkin even if you have done the full payment online. They will say why did you paid online you should come and pay at hotel. Then they will ask you to pay extra to have final cost to you around 1500/night. I had to wait at the reception in the night 11pm for around an hour and make several calls to customer care. They will not listen to you until the OYO customer care callls them and add extra money from there side. I was already too tired from my travel and then in the mid night I had to stand at the reception and make several calls to customer support to get the checkin. After all this when I entered the room, it was pathetic. The room was not cleared at all. Washroom was too dirty. The AC was not working and by look it seems it have not been turned on for years. All around there was bleach smell. The bedsheet was dirty. They are advertising as 3 star but no towel, no shop, no handwash nothing provided. Just a bed and a fan. Even the fan regulator was not working. You can just on and off it. Overall I will never book this hotel again and would recommend everyone...

Just one suggestion, Avoid this hotel. They have a bunch of rude guys as their staff and the guy at reception is the worst, if you complain about anything from the cleanliness of the room or linen or the washroom then he'll just ask you to cancel your booking and ask for a refund from OYO. I saw him arguing with a customer and the way he was shouting was simply appalling, all that poor customer asked for was to change his room as the room he was given was not ready and he had already waited for more than 40 minutes for the room to get ready. This is not an actual hotel but an apartment given the look of a hotel and it's mostly used by the youngsters for a few hours, so yeah, look elsewhere if you want to...

Couldn't reach the location easily.
