KFC — Restaurant in Bihar

There is no introduction needed to tell what kind of a place KFC is, anywhere.. it is the premium food chain dedicated for chicken lovers, while also including menu for veg followers, market size matters! Innovation has been a tough piece of bacon to fry but we see a thing or two new in every few months.. i personally was a fan of double down, but it's kind of special edition, comes and go.. currently Indian markets have been tested for biryani bowls and rice bowls, although it is not so fascinating as one would prefer rice and chicken or biryani from a much dedicated restaurant or biryani place. Zinger burgers are signature, while the best things are hot and crispy and smokey red, that's the real KFC. I'm glad they serve bite size popcorns too. Crushers and soft drinks are good company for already sizzling chicken pieces. I would suggest to make hot and crispy a little less oily, as it just gets too much to have when you start getting oily taste. I giving one star because the staff behaviour was so rude and they think that they can talk in any tone as they wanted. They don't understand the customer issue they just show that it is our mistake, i have order something else and i received it in very bad condition. It was waste of money for me. When i called this KFC no. They didn't pick the call and next morning they called me and said that " Jaha bhi complain karna hai kar lijiye tumhe free ka khane ka aadat ho gya hai" this kind of behaviour can't be tolerated, if we are paying for something we should also get the same quality. These kind of guys they don't deserve to be in company. I m gonna highlight this in twitter as well and same to be CEO for sure. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed from your outlet. I had ordered 2 rolls, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected from a reputed brand like KFC. The patty inside both rolls was completely cold, which made it very unpleasant to eat. The paratha was extremely hard and chewy, making the roll difficult to bite and enjoy. Overall, the quality of the product was very poor and did not match KFC’s standards. I had trusted KFC for delivering fresh and high-quality food, but this experience has been very disappointing. I have also attached a photo of the item for your reference. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action.
