Radha Deo Guest House — Hotel in Bihar

I stayed at I Guest House for one day and had a deeply unsettling experience. The rooms were cramped and lacked comfort, but the real issue was a serious safety incident in the morning. The owner's son forcibly grabbed a female guest and pulled her out of her room while she was alone, leaving her extremely traumatized and in tears. Her aunt, who witnessed the aftermath, said she planned to go to the police, but the owner dismissed the incident by claiming his son had recently become "mental."

This kind of behavior is a major security risk and shows a complete lack of guest safety protocols, which are essential in any hospitality establishment. The incident left everyone shaken, and it was clear that female guests are not safe here. I strongly advise against staying at this guest house with family, especially with women or children. If you are traveling alone, you might not face the same risk, but overall, the lack of safety and proper management makes this place unacceptable...

Located very close to Patna zoo and rhino breeding centre, it is ideal to plan your sightseeing for the day. Very close to airport and takes about 15 minutes to reach Patna Junction rly stn.

The owner of the place (Mr Agarwal) is very helpful man, and so is his staff. I reached Patna late but he guided me to get to the hotel in easiest way possible. Also, his staff cooked the food I requested for, at no extra cost. Such a sweet gesture. :)

They also have functional water purifiers on almost every floor of the hotel so you dont need to spend on bottled water.

My room was spacious and washroom was clean. They also give a pair of slippers in each room, which is kind of unusual for budget hotels.

When I checked out in the morning, he sent a staff to drop me to the main road and arrange for suitable transportation to the railway station. :)

Easy to reach, at a prime location in midst of city. Stayed for a couple of days there. Overall average experience. The owner is helpful nd kind towards his customers. Food is simple nd similar to any home made meal. Room service nd cleanliness needs to be improved. The kitchen boys kept visiting my room twice in a span of 1hour post serving the dinner to ask for plates. This needs to be addressed for a better experience. Customers will by default keep the plates outside once they are done with their meal. There's no point going to room nd asking for plates, it's like implying that u should eat asap as the guys need to wash the plates nd wind up the kitchen. Washroom hygiene could hv been better as i found them infested with flies nd lizards. No...
