Read moreExtremely slow service by the restaurant. Arrived at the restaurant at around 9PM on 15th July 2023. Placed an order at 9:05PM and the food wasn’t served till 9:45PM. Upon complaining constantly regarding the slow service, the food was finally served at 10pm that too only the starters. Not to forget that I was not served one out of the three starters even after waiting for almost an hour. I also placed the order of main course along with the starters and it took another 15-20 minutes after the starters were served even after clear instructions were given that all the items must be brought to the table together since I had a kid along with me who was getting restless after waiting for an hour. Talking about the food, the Chinese starters (crispy baby corn chilli and chicken chilli) was between average and below beverage. Paneer butter Masala tasted good but the thick uncooked butter naan again overpowered one good thing. Did not try any deserts as I guessed it would’ve taken another 30 minutes by looking at the pace of service. The drinks menu didn’t have any soft drinks and had only overpriced coolers and shakes. The funny part is that they didn’t even put Ice in the drink to cool it even after charging 300 bucks for the worst mint mojito I had. The mojito had no fizz and felt as if I’m drinking water mixed with some lemons and mint leaves, asked for ice and it took another 10 minutes for it to be given. As a matter of fact, the waiter wasn’t even responding when he was asked about the delay. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Never visiting this place and would definitely try to make aware the people in my circle about the unpleasant experience. A solid 1/5 rating to Imperial Hideout for completely...
