If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I booked 3 rooms for ₹8500 for a friend's birthday with clear confirmation that breakfast was included and pool access was available. Everything was smooth until we actually checked in — that’s when the nightmare started.The pool was suddenly “reserved” without any prior notice. First they said it was open till 7 PM, then randomly changed it to 4 PM. Seriously? What kind of joke management is this?

Then comes the breakfast scam. Despite being promised, they just flat-out denied it in the morning. The manager shamelessly twisted his words and acted like nothing was ever discussed. Pure hypocrisy. We were blatantly lied to.The entire management is a mess of lies, excuses, and zero responsibility. They make promises, take your money, and then act like they owe you nothing. Not even basic decency.

The property is in poor condition, there's no flexibility, and absolutely no respect for guests. This wasn’t just disappointing — it felt like we were robbed of our money and peace of mind.

Worst place ever. They have no sense of how to speak with customers—especially women. At the time of booking, we specifically asked if the swimming pool would be available and they confirmed it. But the next day, while we were already on our way, they messaged us saying the pool wouldn’t be available until 10 PM. Even after we agreed to that timing, they changed it again and told us we couldn’t use it at all until the next day. It felt like they were just trying to fool us.

The way they spoke to us on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful—as if they were doing us a favor by providing the service. When we asked a simple question like why they didn’t complete maintenance earlier in the day, their response was: “It’s our resort, we’ll do what we want, when we want.” That attitude was shocking and unacceptable.
