Diners Park — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Very poor service and poor management. I would never prefer anyone to visit this place considering today treat. Just wanted to share few highlight of our visit. We have visited this place after long time and we thought they have improve by time but we were wrong they have now worst. We got food on table after 1.5 hrs of order and in between order also got delayed with same. During this time I had met with management but they are helpless and they don't have any answer exceot sorry. While we finish and went for payment than we have seen many customer going back from front desk as existing customer giving same feedback in desk which was not sound good for any new customer. We have also seen management giving discount to some customer even 50%, which again created chaos among customer who had same service issue, but management was deadf and dumb and entertain only selected customer. At last would also like to mention they have very limited option of food on menu card and even menu option itself not completely available on their kitchen. However price of available food is not less than a five star hotel, taste wise average. I personally feel so bad after today incident as they have ruined it. Will never visit this place again for sure. Thanks for reading this feedback and hope it would help other to take decision...

Ambience designed is good , no doubt but back to back light failure was making it little disappointed.

When it comes to service, Not at all good especially when it comes to ask anything extra item etc. Very Slow staff service, Mr Jitendra good for nothing - manager on duty.

Mosquito arrangement is nill so pls be careful when plan to go, carry your own odomos or something.

Think and order if you need anything extra such as vinager,soya sos or chat masala along with dish - you might get then. I didn't got when asked for after dish was served.

Food dish we got without salt, On asking staff - answer we got , this is kitchen responsibility not ours... Lol So understand service given to customers.

To complaint or get ur query resolve no one on ground, even at reception people showed their helplessness that no one else to control or...

Visited the place todays, the place is in the outers of indore, The ambience is nice(open sitting with candle light dinner). The music was great (audible and clear. and the track list was also awesome).

Now talking about the food. there were very few options from starters and drinks were available. we had to change our order twice. Kerry booster,veg kothe and veg lolipop were the starters i ordered. Kerry booster and kothe very extremely tasty but lolipop was not cooked properly.

panner makhmal and chilly garlic nan. butter roti and kulcha paratha was the order i gave. which were great and satisfactory.

The service was too slow. waited too long for starters even the time was not odd.

the hospatility was great. they came to ask about each and every dish after it was served.

Overall the place is good and can be revisited and...
