Hotel Dreamland Chandigarh (Manimajra) — Hotel in Chandigarh

I stayed here dated 24th September 2022 night. I had a poorest experience in everything.

Location is all good. Parking area is good. Good facilities nearby hotel is also good, however, the hotel itself (the room I got from the reception) is worst in everything.

They charged 1500/per night and the room is just right side on reception. No ventilation in the room and washroom Washroom condition is worst, no drainage system properly, the one which is there is not working. Water logged during the bath. There is no hand wash or soap to wash the hands. Bed comfort is poorest. Bed dressings got smell and it’s smells very bad. Towels are too poorest and tough to use. Everything is bad except the hotel location and parking area. I don’t know why they are charging 1500/night when they don’t have any facilities to provide.

I won’t recommend this as I had very poor experience. I don’t try their other rooms as they are booked as per the receptionist during my time. No peace at all as the receptionist guys are laughing and doing chit chat together.

I really love the room and the staff . The condition of the room was very good . And the view from my room was so amazing . The owner is also very polite and even the staff . I stayed there for one night . And food was delicious . We ordered chicken roti and rice and it was very delicious and seems fresh . Their food feels like ghar ka khana . The next day we left for Shimla and we asked them if they can keep our trolly bag as we rented bike for our Shimla trip so it was not possible for us to carry our bag . The owner Kept it and safely they kept our bag . When we returned after 3 days .They returned our bag and we asked for water and my husband wanted to go washroom . I had a very disappointing experience at Dreamland Hotel, Chandigarh. The service was poor and the staff extremely unprofessional. Instead of making guests feel welcome, the staff behaved rudely and lacked basic courtesy.

One of the most annoying things was that the staff repeatedly rang the bell of our room for absolutely unnecessary reasons, disturbing our privacy and peace. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of training and respect for guests.

Room service was slow, and overall hospitality was far below what you'd expect from any decent hotel. For the price they charge, the experience was not at all worth it.
