Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place!

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The rooms were in terrible condition – unclean, uncomfortable, and not even worth Rs. 500. Initially, we were told the room would cost Rs. 500, but after we checked in, the owner started demanding more money and became extremely aggressive. He even used abusive language, which made us feel unsafe and disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality business. Staff is good and friendly. Even if you need something from outside at late hours they bring it for you. Food quality is better then from nearby restaurants. If you need cleaning of the room 2 times or 3 times they get it done. They have gen set as well no need to get scared of the power cut, even nearby hotels not have the Invator system as well.
