This is not safe for businessman. The manager of this hotel notices everything about the customers. What is he eating, what is he drinking. Where is he lost outside. When I left this hotel, someone followed me. And the next day my bag was stolen in the bus. The most corrupt is the management. I request the owner to please change the management. Such a mistake should not happen with any other businessman like me...next time.I rang the door 3 times at 2 o'clock in the night...no one opened the door...This hotel is not safe in any way. We had booked a 3 seater room online. On arriving at 7 pm we were told to wait for an hour since that room was occupied by another guest who had agreed to shift to a single room. He was not at the hotel at that time and had taken the room keys with him. We were accomodated in a single room. The other guest arrived at 9 pm. Till then we were made to wait in that small room. I called up the Redbus customer service through which I had made the booking but they were unable to help. It was most disgusting after a long and tedious car journey. This kind of mismanagement is just unacceptable. Please take better care of...
