Hotel Kanchan — Hotel in Chhattisgarh

Very poor behaviour of the staff. Not recommended, it happened such a way that I reached AMBIKAPUR at 4 Am with my family. I wanted a hotel room to stay because it was too cold outside it was almost 5 'C my son was shivering with cold. I went to this hotel because my father in law said he has booked the room. When I reached the hotel gate they didn't open the main gate the watchman didn't let me inside the hotel to check if any rooms are booked or not. Very poor behaviour definitely not...

I really liked the room, the bathroom, thier service everything. This was a best budgeted hotel I've stayed in. Though it is a bit far from the New bus stand. But still worthy. The staff was also nice. They did provide a a room earlier with a Indian toilet and on requesting them to change the room with a western one they didn't hesitate once and changed the room. They also allow to order food online, so that won't be a concern although they have a restraunt...

Rooms are so huge that you can play football in it. Bathroom is also very big. They have renovated the rooms.Stuff behaviour is good but they need to be trained. On the flip side they use twenty years old spotty bed linens and towels. I changed hotel only because of this reason. Management should spend a few hundred bucks a room to buy new bedsheets and towels. Parking place is there but it is so difficult to park there that it will literally test your...
