Hotel IVY — Hotel in Chhattisgarh

I had booked this hotel for three nights through a travel website at exhorbitant price and expected that the hotel would be real class apart. However, I was totally dissapointed and dissatisfied after staying for three days. The breakfast spread was ....well below average and the quality and taste of the food served during the breakfast was very very poor to say the least. The room service for food (lunch and dinner)was definitely better though not great.|The WC and bath arrangement were very average. Hot water in the shower was limited. The height of the WC and the cleaning arrangements were very uncomfortable.|With respect to traveling out of the hotel App Cab is the only way else you will have to walk a distance. App cab services are a rarity after 1900. I faced serious issues due to this. Further the hotel does not have a travel desk.||I feel a good property is being completely being put to waste due to the above issues.||Avoid...

The mocktails were also quite enjoyable. The atmosphere was serene and the interior decor was tastefully done, providing a well-organized seating arrangement that was perfect for families. Although alcoholic beverages are served, the establishment maintains a dignified and respectful environment. The staff members were well-mannered and exhibited professional conduct, contributing to an overall enjoyable family experience.

Firstly, I m highly disappointed with pathetic treatment received from the silly headed receptionist named Manish who is extremely incompetent at his service. He couldn't make the customer happy and content. It was late night and despite letting him know our situation that we are with kids, he charged us exonerate manner worth ₹5000/night. We booked more than 4 rooms. We booked more than numerous room into their hotel throughout the year but for the first time I have experience such a worst treatment. He wasn't polite and was extremely arrogant and ill mannered.
