During my recent dining experience at Ashoka Biryani, I had mixed feelings about the overall experience. While the biryani was undoubtedly a standout dish, I found the remaining menu options to be somewhat overpriced. Here's a detailed review of my visit:
Food: The biryani at Ashoka Biryani was undoubtedly the highlight of my meal. It was aromatic, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The blend of spices and tender meat made it a truly delightful dish. However, I was disappointed with the other menu options I tried. The portion sizes were average, considering the prices charged. Some dishes lacked the depth and complexity I had hoped for, which left me feeling underwhelmed.
Pricing: One aspect that stood out during my visit was the pricing of the menu items. I found the prices to be on the higher side, especially considering the portion sizes and overall quality of the non-biryani dishes. It seemed that the pricing didn't quite match the value provided, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.
Ambiance and Service: The ambiance of Ashoka Biryani was pleasant, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were attentive and polite, ensuring a satisfactory level of service throughout my meal. However, the service was somewhat slow, and there were moments when I had to wait longer than expected for my food and drink orders to arrive.
Value for Money: While the biryani was exceptional and worth the price, the rest of the menu options didn't justify their higher cost. Given the overall experience, I would say that Ashoka Biryani offers limited value for money. If you're solely interested in enjoying their flavorful biryani, it might be worth a visit. However, if you're seeking a diverse culinary experience with reasonable prices, you may want to explore other dining...
Read moreHad a very bad experience, on 2nd march we ordered take away parcel from here which included 12 chicken dum biryani and 3 mutton dum biryani, all the 12 chicken biryani was Hyderabadi biryani non of them was tasted as dum and the remaining 3 mutton biryani, each was different from other The first mutton biryani which we opened consisted pickle (achar) masala at the bottom, the 2nd mutton biryani we opened consisted of a raw leg piece of chicken we immediately called the hotel but they were not ready to listen saying that the hotel was closed. Then we went to the hotel and took the biryani along with us including the 3rd mutton biryani which was not opened. There they called the kitchen manager and the 3rd mutton biryani was opened in front of her which consisted a mutton gravy at the bottom which was smelling bad she even tasted the food and appologised to us for spoiling our holi. She also said that they did not prepare mutton biryani seperately. They simply put mutton with with the rice of biryani. Then she asked to replace the order with the fresh one next day. And when we reached for the replacement the manager there started to blame us for the raw chicken peice which was found in it and was not accepting his mistake. The managers are very arrogant. For the past few months having a pathetic experience with ashoka biryani...
Read moreMy recent experience with Ashoka Biryani was nothing short of a disappointment. I ordered daal chawal sabji for my family, hoping for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. The daal they provided was beyond disappointing; it was stale and tasted horrendously sour. It seemed like they served us leftovers that were sitting in the kitchen for days. Our meal was inedible, leaving a bad taste in our mouths To make matters worse, the customer service was shockingly inadequate. I asked them to call their manager but they did nothing. When I called to complain about the food, the staff was dismissive and unapologetic. They showed no concern for the terrible experience they had put us through. As a loyal and regular customer, I expected much better from Ashoka Biryani. Sadly, this experience has shattered any confidence I had in their food quality and service. I strongly advise others to clear of this place if they value their taste buds and expect a basic level of respect from the...
