Hello friends,
I have visited this hotel with my family for a night stay. In this review, would not say, hotel good or bad, but i will genuinely share my experience.
Before i start, i must say, Mr Paul (manager of the hotel) is a great person and very helpful, but he needs to improve the quality and services provided by the hotel.
Pros Location : The location of the hotel is great. On road, very connecting to the city. Parking : Max to two cars can be parked near to the hotel. Rest cars, they ask to take it backyard go-down for parking. Room : Room was good, spacious and had a window so proper lighting too, but there are some cons, which i will share below.
Cros : Room : The room was poorly maintained, the lights were not working. The fan had no speed till #2 and in #3 the speed goes to full. Hard to manage. So much of mosquitoes in the room. I personally could not able to sleep all night. The AC was in poor condition. Not working, The plug was un-plugged and was broken. The water bottle served to the room, the bottle was smashed. Bottle was not fresh at all. The best part was, there was a gyser, but was not at all working, in the cold winter, we had to take cold shower. The Bucket and mug provided for bath was very bad and was made of re-cycled plastic. You could imagine like we see in public places. No totlieries was provided. It was just a basic cheap soap. We order tea from the roof top restaurant, and the charges for per cup was 30 rupees. See how costly. The food at the roof top restaurant is so costly. You can figure it out from the menu provided in the room. The window lock was broken. Seems like security issue, and allows mosquitoes to come in.
Over experience was bad. They charge huge, and then there is no facilities, make no sense to me to someone opt for this hotel as long as they improve...
Read moreNestled comfortable in a small lane on the approach road, hotel pink pearl is a budget hotel which offers an excellent view of the surrounding landscape. The staff is friendly and upon my enquiry, were helpful in offering suggestions regarding the local places to visit. This hotel is a good option for officials who need to travel to the factories towards Jindal Cement, Tamnar, Monnet etc. The room service is brisk. The food is decent. Personally, I feel that the non-veg menu is priced on the higher side. Duly note that the hotel offers good combo meals for room guests. The hotel offers good Breakfast (complimentary) which comprises of cornflakes with milk, juice, boiled veggies, one south Indian item (idly/dosa/upma), two north Indian items (Poha and Roti/Puri with sabzi) and choice of hot beverage (tea/ coffee). The rooms are comfortable with clean linen, soft mattresses, cable TV, complimentary Wifi, hot water, tea/ coffee kettle. The hotel is equipped with a back up generator which is really helpful since the area has frequent power cuts. The hotel also provides complimentary pickup/ dropoff to the railway station which is about 4 kms away. The front office also helps in hiring taxis for their guests. Overall a...
Read moreThe Google reviews given by other customers are misleading and false. This hotel is one pathetic hotel for night halt. Less than one star. And very costly as the service they give.
Issues mentioned:
Non of the staff were aware that there is a pandemic situation in our country as they were very casual , non of them were wearing mask when we entered their premises. Rooms were poorly maintained. No doubt they were clean. But, all the instruments like Ac and other gadgets were either broken or in very bad state. The room we stayed was very small and had a terrible humming Ac. The hotel didn't have generator or inverters for power cuts. In the same night, 6 to 7 times light has come and gone. I told the house keeping staff to give a hot water kettle but, later to my dismay, that too was broken and was not in working condition. The sad part was that the person was not aware. The morning breakfast was terrible. Though they mentioned that they have lot of stuff in menu. But, only two items were there. And, it was tasteless.
We don't recommend this hotel to anyone coming for government or official visit from...
