Hotel Jindal Regency — Hotel in Raigarh

I stayed here in suite room 111 in the month of Jan 2023. It was a great deal in 2500 only CP plan very cheap. Rest of all rooms were booked for marriage function people. The pros and cons are there

Pros

1. good location
2. suite room is very spacious. Seperate room with sofa
3. 2 nos TV and found in working condition great

Cons

1. door lock was damaged maybe due to old property.

2. provided a big bath tub sound nice but here problem comes. Tap to flush changeover was not working so no water was coming in flush. Also bucket was provided after called room service. Now the bucket can't be put below the tap due to bathtub curvature. Sucks how can I bath now with a family with 1 yr old child. After repeated follow up they provide another room no 104 key for bathing only. Later they called the plumber and increase the tap pipe length so that bucket can be put below that. But no use for me as all my family got ready by using another room bathroom. I really wonder they don't know this problem of room till I informed. Three star for the problem I faced in a single day stay with family.

3. complimentary breakfast menu with 4-5 options only and when asked for bread toast they provide after half an hour. Again sucks by service.

NEVER STAY AT JINDAL REGENCY RAIGARH!||IT'S THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED.||I've stayed in this hotel for one day. Booked deluxe room. Rooms are okay but very old fashioned decor. ||No modern amenities available in room such as tea/coffee maker, hair dryer etc. ||Window ac installed at lowest part of the room which cannot cool the air adequately.||Room service is very slow. Expect a delay every time you ask for a minimum service.||Buffet breakfast has 6-7 spreads and quality is good.||The worst part I faced at the time of checkout.
