A great resort with it's own water park, 4 restaurants, one non-veg among them, one artificial lake with boating (paddle and motor, charges apply) and a toy train ride (₹50/head) around the landscaped park. The park has another entrance with a ticket of ₹10/person, but free for resort guests. The rooms were nice, clean and comfy. We had booked the duplex cottages, which incidentally were not showing for online booking. Got booking after calling the resort and doing a direct booking through the link sent by them. This duplex setting is perfect for two families traveling together, with two bedrooms. However the phone in the second bedroom was not working and was not fixed till the end of our stay. The breakfast was grand, food variety and quality is awesome, and so is the terrace restaurant where the buffet was served. There are two swimming pools inside the resort which are well maintained. The water park has a ticket of ₹900 for adults and ₹700 for kids under 4' height. Costumes and lockers are available inside the water park for extra charge. Lunch is included in the ticket and resort guests get a 10% discount coupon on the tickets. Guests also get 25% discount food coupons to be used in the restaurants for lunch/dinner/snacks. Only thing they should improve on is the room service which was pathetic. It took 4 phone calls to get drinking water and another 4 to get 2 cups. The room service and house keeping kept blaming each other and only after a complaint call at the reception, we got water for the night. Also the lift didn't have a power backup and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor for breakfast because there was a power cut. Also, the disco is, for some inexplicable reason, adjacent to the non veg restaurant. Dining there with elderly parents was a real pain. Why couldn't they sound proof the disco area is a mystery. Overall the stay was comfortable because of the rooms, other amenities and the wonderful lake and park. Please give attention to room service and you definitely have a five star...

We stayed here for a weekend in January 2022. The executive room costed me approx Rs. 7.5 K when booking at a very short notice. Check-in time is 2:00 PM but they allow early check-in (depending on readiness of room) without asking single question. Resort is easy to find if you are coming by private vehicle. If you are coming by train, it is easy to get an auto to the resort from Vapi station (approx Rs. 200).
Ambiance: The resort is vast and very recently renovated. It is very clean and looks very beautiful during day time as well as night time.
Staff friendliness: Each staff member we met was very polite, friendly and informative be it life guard at pool, receptionist or restaurant managers.
Food: It boasts of five restaurants within the resort premises. We found that Pakwan and Lake restaurant were worth visiting. Both of them look beautiful and luxurious. The service was super fast and food was super yummy. The food here is costly and each dish will cost you upwards of Rs. 500.
The breakfast spread was too good. We couldn't believe that there could be so many jain options.
Entertainment: There is not much in Daman to explore but the resort makes sure that you don't get bored while being in this resort. The resort has various activities like kid's pool, wave pool, boating (paid), kid's train (paid), garden, indoor games (paid), gaming arcade (paid), gym, disco (operates only if resort is reasonably occupied) etc. There was live music during breakfast which filled our hearts with beautiful Bollywood melodies. There is a water park adjacent to the resort which can be enjoyed after paying separate entrance fees of Rs. 1000.
Check-out: Check-out time is 10 AM, but again resort staff is lenient about timings. An hour or two late is acceptable.
We enjoyed our stay at the resort a lot and though being expensive, the experience is worth the every...
Read moreRooms: The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, with large washrooms and comfortable, sizable beds. Each room includes a sofa-cum-bed, a shoe rack, and ample luggage space. There is a large TV and plenty of wardrobe space. However, non-balcony rooms lack drying facilities for wet clothes.
Cutlery: The worst part of our experience was the additional charges for dishes and cutlery. When we requested extra plates, they demanded 500 INR per plate—just for the plates, without any food included, since outside food is not allowed. After a prolonged argument, they finally agreed to provide quarter plates free of charge. Additionally, they charged 80 INR plus taxes for each whisky glass and 142 INR for an ice bucket.
Amenities: The hotel features one large pool for kids and another big pool for adults with a depth of around 5 to 5.5 feet, where you can enjoy poolside drinks and snacks. There is a gym available as well. The on-site water park costs around 1200 INR, but guests of the resort receive a 10% discount and complimentary lunch.
Food: The à la carte menu is quite expensive. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including jalebi, fafda, idli, misal pav, tea, coffee, juices, cakes, and dosa.
Parking: There is ample parking space, with options to park your car under the shade of trees.
Infrastructure: The property is extensive, providing plenty of areas for walking, taking selfies, and relaxing. It provides lush greenery, making it an excellent place to bring children and enjoy a leisurely...
