Repeated room changes: At 1 a.m., I was moved rooms four times, only to discover that the issue persisted across the hotel. It was only after this exhausting ordeal that staff admitted the problem was hotel-wide. Why was this not communicated upfront? Skin-staining water: Shockingly, when I used a towel to dry myself, yellow stains appeared on the towel, indicating that the water had stained my skin. I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience due to poor service and miscommunication from the staff. Today morning, I asked the receptionist, Viral, whether breakfast was included in our booking. He clearly confirmed that it was.
However, when we went to the restaurant, the staff informed us that breakfast was not included. We were only told this after we had already picked up our plates and started serving ourselves. This lack of clarity was frustrating and unprofessional.
Later, during check-out, another receptionist named Pragya asked us to pay for four breakfast meals. Not only was there a miscommunication, but the food itself was well below expectations — definitely not up to the standard of a four-star hotel.
Both Viral and Pragya seemed confused and unprepared to handle basic guest queries. They lacked courtesy and professionalism, which made our experience unpleasant. They could benefit greatly from proper training in hospitality and guest relations.
