First location is good on road in society so there are seucirty guards on both end.

Main gate closed at 11pm so if you have to go inside in your hotel room you have to go from gate 1.

If I talk about care taker he has nice behave talk nicely with their guest.

Not like other oyo hotel he charge extra. Good person.

Total 15 rooms are there when i checked in yesterday on 6th March I was only one guest there.

They have lifts so you don't have to climb stairs for your room

Now if I talk about room it's quiet decent. Good.

You will get windows only in main gate facing rooms else in other rooms they don't have windows.

Rooms are not clean and it's separate balcony for 2 guest rooms.

TV is not wokring.

I was in room 205 so only there is one charing point out of 2 is working which is next to tv but if you close the TV side lite the charging stop working too. Only one switch for controlling charge and TV.

Bedsheets and comforter is little clean but the bed has hole and termite had eaten the bed back side where you put your heads for sleeping. You will able to see in images.

Same with washroom it's not clean dirty but they have hot and cold water in shower but the buttons to switch shower and tap is broken.

Termite is in wall sealing as well.

Tea is 30 rs per cup which is quiet expensive. So food as well.

I had words with care taker he said someone else was running this hotel but he left and they purchased this property and they are doing repair work.

In this area there are several homes I found which is totally empty 3-4 floor houses and no one living there

Basically these hotels are good for those who take their girls for fun in night.

Caretaker or new owner must suppose to work on these areas for improvement.

As per seucirty point you can park your bike inside ant they have cctv cameras as well.

Further location is good.

Overall average experience there. I would suggest people to stay there in case of emergency as I had I came in wedding and they don't have place to sleep so I booked this to sleep in night.

The rooms, hotel, all are great, but the management is totally waste. When I arrived, I was given a room which was very stinky, and the bathrooms smelt worse than public restrooms. But after asking for cleaning, it was quite nice. I had 3 rooms, me and my friends. One rooms had no active sockets, plus you could use light and fan both together, or no one. Might be a problem in the winters. The second room, it's AC could not keep the room's temperature low enough. Didn't feel much of heat, but not cool either. And for the third room, the bathroom was too small, the comode broken, and the AC kept...

The worst hotel one can imagine. This place has zero service. It seems to be run by a couple of boys in their 20s. There's no kitchen. The rooms are pathetic. Barring an AC, there are no amenities. The toilet is broken in, I'm guessing every room. I changed into two rooms and the toilets were dysfunctional in both of them. Don't expect any toiletries. The location has no streetlights, so there's no sense of security. The telephone was unplugged when I checked into the room. The bathroom cabinets were in shambles. The power points were a mess.
