I stayed in Room No. - 103. The hospitality of this hotel is very poor. Staff were not responded. TV was not functioning. Staff were told several times but not responded. Drain pipe of AC was in room. Water from drain pipe was draining in the room. Even bucket, mug etc were not provided in two days stay. Food quality and quantity were very poor. I complained OYO but I didn't get refund from hotel to stay in another hotel for next day at least. Payment for two days stay was made by me as per demand of hotel staff at the time of check in.
I don't understand , at what basis OYO has partnership with this hotel? I am supposed to get all the facilities from hotel but I didn't get and no refund has...

And hotel staff says all rooms are book...while booking shows in their system...after 1 and half hour when confirmed with goibibo i again asked hotel staff to check my booking then another boy checked and said ye there is booking showing of my name... But they didnot give me room while they were giving room offline 1200 rps they were charging... It was just waste of time and atlast we decided to move from there and took another hotel offline...@goibibo pl look into this issue and i need owner contact number...

Washroom is too dirty......AC keeps on stopping everytime you have to call the reception.......staff behaviour is very unprofessional.......At one night water tank got empty I called to reception they said that motor can't be switched on this time so we have to manage till morning......and the manager wants payment on or before 11am everyday even if 5 minutes delay will she will not let you sir quietly.......never recommend such a disastrous...
