I would like to share my upcoming reservation experience with the Radisson Noida hotel. Although my stay is scheduled for next week, I feel compelled to post this review now. The reason for this is when I checked the hotel’s ratings and reviews, I came across a response from a Radisson staff member that was quite concerning. The staff member stated as a response to -ve reviews, “I am disappointed to hear of the inexperience that you had with us and I would ask for a time suitable to you for me to call you and personally apologize to you.” Instead of requesting a time slot for an apology, I believe it would be more beneficial for Radisson Noida to address the issue and work on improving their service.
I booked a business room at the Radisson hotel for myself and my family, which includes two adults and two children. The hotel advertised that two-way airport transportation was included in the room rate, so I didn’t mind paying a little extra for the larger room. However, when I called the Radisson reservation desk, I was informed that my reservation did not include an airport transfer voucher. They offered me the option to pay approximately Rs.500/- or $6 for a taxi from the airport. I was taken aback by this response, as there was no apology or attempt to provide an alternative solution or compensation for the inconvenience. I was simply told that the issue might be with their website. Furthermore, I was informed that none of their rooms could accommodate four people, and if I wanted an extra bed, I would be charged Rs.2000/night. Alternatively, I could choose a room with two twin beds, but it wouldn’t have a bathtub. These responses were unexpected and not what I would typically experience at a 5 or 4-star hotel. As someone who has stayed at multiple Radisson hotels around the world, I am truly disappointed with the service provided by the staff at Radisson Noida.
I will definitely update you all on how my stay goes next week, and I hope that Radisson Noida takes into consideration the importance of hospitality and their responsibility towards their customers. One of the Bizarre thing that i hv Experienced is they Needed Everyone's ID in reception for check-in. Pathetic Slow Service which is needlessly Trash
1- Rooms- were Gud but in my room, it had issue of motorised curtains as they were unresponsive, plus the Worst was Ac config cz u cant turn AC to above 26° (like 27-28) which is its max temp(26) which freezes room n at last i hv to shut it down; kinda problematic. Also you can see the so called pricey room was jiss like an Ordinary 3star one. Nothing Extra or new!
2-Service- was Pathetic! The Staff was well trained n good but ur room service is Soo Horrible! Cz i hve ordered 2 Water bottles of drinking water but till now or whatever it didn't arrived! Same goes for Tea that I've ordered in the morning but it Didn't came! Disappointment!
3-Breakfast- Some dishes were good some were just waste! I wonder u hv to leave food uneaten being in a soo called 5star hotel. I felt bad that the food didn't match the Standards of a 5star bla bla hotel. Need Improvement!
(They Give only 1 soap in bathroom, atleast 2 should b there one for washing hands n second for bathing)
Ambiance was Great, Looks Decor were Good not great but the Elevators were the Best! Along with Staff.
Conclusion- Hotel is Good, Staff is Great but services are BAD! So its Pricy obvious but had a LOT to Improve.!

I booked my stay through the Radisson mobile app, which clearly showed the total amount inclusive of taxes. However, at checkout, the hotel treated that amount as the base and added taxes on top, which led to me paying an extra 6,000 INR. When I raised this issue, they simply said they receive booking details from external websites but not from their own app, and that nothing could be done. It was frustrating and unprofessional.
Weeks after my stay, they contacted me saying an additional coffee bill was missed due to their internal mistake. Even though I refused to pay — since it was their oversight and the delay was unacceptable — they kept following up repeatedly, which was annoying.
The food was average. The breakfast and dinner buffet were just okay, and the à la carte menu had very limited options. There’s no real view from the rooms either, which is disappointing for the price point.
To top it off, my car was parked by the valet under a tree in a dirty spot. When it was returned to me, it was covered in leaves and dust. They didn’t even bother cleaning the windshield — basic courtesy was clearly missing.
