Brand - Park plaza is always known for their premium dining. They always focus on different festivals and experiments. I have been to this brand but in gurgaon branch and tasted their Dibbewala idea.
History - This is the first time i visited their Noida branch. Their New town cafe is now quite famous among foodie club.
Location - Nearest metro station is Sec 16 Noida or Noida city center. This comes under C block of sec 55, Noida.
Ambiance - Ambiance was as usual lavish which was expected from this top star hotel.
Food from Menu - A big list of punjabi food items were available. They served both veg and non veg segment. Buffet system was there to serve yourself. You can also have items on your table if you do not want to go for it. Chef Rishi Kapoor was the person behind the whole idea of making list of these food items.
Hygienic - Yes, no compromise with the food quality. They take every measure to make their food completely hygienic.
Staff and service - Service was quick and staff members were very respondent. They were also wearing clothes in punjabi style to give a friendly punjabi look.
People Response and crowd - It was full on crowded and everybody was enjoying this punjabi flavor. I also saw some foreigners enjoying and inquiring about punjabi foods and they were quite pleased with all items. So you can easily know the status of the dining at this place for this special festival. The NTC team also presented a flash mob which was an added element with the dining.
Taste - As i already stated, they believe in tadka maarke style and this is quite visible in almost all food items. First, it was turn of snack items. Aloo tikka, paneer tikka. My main focus was on main course. It is really big in list. First it was soyabeen ki chaape a full on spicy. Ambala ke kulche chole to give you a home made taste. Gobhi pulao was special in rice segment. Dal haweli was real Dal which i have taste in my punjab visit. The most frequent thing which comes in mind when we talk about punjabi food is...Sarso ka saag. Yes, it was there. YE NAHI CHAKHA TO KYA CHAKHA. Amiritsari badiya was the real masala one. THis is quite famous in Amritsar. They also had other items than punjabi foods in buffet . For e.g. Stir fried vegetables in chilli coriander sauce was not expected this menu and it was a surprise. Good to try something different. Vegetable chilli garlic noodles was really interesting one and was very fine in taste. Baked vegetables to give you a option if you are fitness freak. Matar paneer was as usual for paneer and veg food lover. Heeng Daniye ke chatpate aloo was made in such a manner that you can eat a single potato one at a time. It was fabulous. Behan ke kofte was the dish which i tasted first time. By the way, It is also known as Kamal Kakdi or lotus stem ke kofte. Hoshiarpur ke rajma was another must try dish. And also go for Lassi for desi thaath.
Price - Price are as per the reputation of this place. So keep this thing in mind before going at this place. Currently for this punjabi festival, they are charging Rs. 1449 (excluding...
Read moreThe creative kitchen is a one stop solution when your hunger struck . It's a buffet restaurant located in Radisson noida. But u can also personalize ur order by ordering from a' la carte menu. We visited this place for lunch last weekend.
The place has simple but heartwarming interiors. An alluring pool side view with some beautiful paintings makes its ambience quite soothing and relaxed. Their are zillions of options available in this restaurant . Live food stations are there which will provide u all together a new experience of having food Hot n crispy.
Coming to the food, there are a variety of options available, u can ask the chef in live stations to prepare the food according to your taste. To start with we had fresh cut fruits and some freshly prepared salads with assorted Veges and fruits. As we went further we saw some live stations of golgappas, papri chat, noodles and pasta. But still one thing that amazed me was that they had huge variety of Main course dishes as compared to starters which was quite new to see.
In starters we had paneer tikka, kebabs both veg and non veg , reshmi murg tikka. Everything was well marinated and nicely presented. In Main course we had dal makahni, paneer butter masala, chicken curry and khubani kofta curry with some noodles and bread. One more thing whose taste I still can't get over is Tck chicken biryani, it was really a finger lickin one with great mix of spices and juicy chicken.
The food here will never disappoint u as well as the ambience which willalways remind u of this soothing experience and to end our day on a sweet note we had kheer and gulab jamun and variety of ice creams. A place to chill out during weekends with quality food and...
Read moreJust an average Restaurant, and definitely not worth the high prices you will end up paying to dine here.
Mutton Roganjosh, which didn’t taste like one, is the only option in Indian Main Course of Mutton. Fennel is a typical of Roganjosh, but their gravy had exposed flavour of it. We ordered some appetisers and they tasted good, strong reason why I would at least give an average rating to this place.
One of the things that I really look forward to when I dine at these places is cocktails but TCK is a disappointment. The only cocktails they have are Mojito, Long Island Iced Tea and Cosmopolitan, very basic ones and nothing particularly in whiskey base. Even the food Menu has very limited options.
The place seemed lifeless, devoid of any charm. Even the staff seem pretty exhausted.
Apart from fancy cutlery, there is nothing good about the restaurant. Worst part was that we found hair in one of the dishes, they replaced it after we complained though.
Ambiance: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Taste: 3.5/5 Value...
