Marriage is such a bond that everyone eagerly wait in there live to be remember life time , It's a dream for the parents and as well as for Bride & Groom to make this day beautiful, joyfull , memorial, for this I would like to Thank Mr Shanky , Ms Lizee and Ms Ritika for all there effort from the beginning till end. 6 Month before we had visited several banquet , hotels for my sister marriage but finally we had selected Bellamonde hotel after discussion with Mr Shanky & Ms Lizee who had helped us to plan our all event in well manner in out budget and briefed us all the details and on selection on Menu , Venue etc, and during these 6 months we had visited several time to clear our doubt , query and Mr Shanky had given his full time to us with lots of love and hospitality and smiling face. and help us to finalize decoration , entertainment part too. Finally the day come (Jiska Hame tha Intezaar wo Ghadi aa Gai) , Now we want everything as per plan and smoothly and Mr Shanky and Ms Lizee had helped us for smooth checkin of our guest in rooms and now our Function had started and Mehndi Setup was already ready as per the time given by us and here would like to mention the effor of Ms Ritika who stand full day till late evening to sort out small small things to ensure proper decoration and all the things in place and our 1st day function of Mehndi and Cocktail went smooth without any issue , 2nd day our Haldi Program was set and again venue is ready as per our given time with beautiful decoration done by the Decor Team with Ritika and our all guest enjoyed lots and Finally in the Evening Wedding time which we want memorable for my sisters and for ourselves and Ms Kanika and Ms Ritika Played a great role to setup the Wedding Venue in Short time (as day party people are not vacating the space) but Ms Ritika and Ms Kanika had Played crucial role and setup complete wedding venue on time :) and Now Venue is ready to welcome the guest and with Yummy Snacks & Food severed with love and all function went well , Hospitality - 100 out of 100 Service - 100 out of 100 Food - 100 out of 100 Decoration - 100 out of 100 Overall - 100 out of 100 Once again would like to Thanks, Mr Shanky , Ms Lizzy , Ms Ritika , Ms Kanika & Ms Prachi for all there Love and Care given to...

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Food Safety and Hygiene Violations at Bel A Monde Hotel, Chhatarpur, Delhi

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a serious food safety and hygiene issue I experienced at Bel A Monde Hotel, Chhatarpur, Delhi.

I visited the hotel recently and, after consuming food there, I suffered a severe stomach infection leading to loose motions and gastric discomfort. Upon observation, I noticed that the waiters were not maintaining basic hygiene, their uniforms appeared unclean, and the manner of food service was extremely unhygienic. The food was undercooked and did not meet the expected standards of a hotel of such repute.

Moreover, the staff lacked basic knowledge about the dishes being served. As a pure vegetarian for over 20 years, I was deeply disturbed to find that none of the starters were labeled as vegetarian or non-vegetarian, and the waiters were unable to identify them correctly. Due to this negligence, I accidentally consumed fish, mistaking it for soya chaap. This has not only affected my health but also violated my religious sentiments, which I take very seriously.

Given these circumstances, I request your office to kindly:

Conduct an immediate inspection of Bel A Monde Hotel’s kitchen and food handling practices.

Verify if the hotel holds a valid FSSAI food license and complies with hygiene regulations.

Take appropriate disciplinary or corrective action if found in violation of food safety or labeling norms.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and keep me informed of any action taken.

Superb service…. They worked as per the plan and commintments, if my guests will remember my marriage it is only because of Bellamonde team who gave fabulous service till the end. This day is very special for both bride’s and groom’s side and i must say one can leave things to them with full trust as they take the full charge and do their level best for everything you ask for….. Only because of the super supportive team my day went well and i as well as my family were touched they way the worked and greeted all our guests …… Just one sad thing was the person who did our ENTERTAINMENT PART on the wedding, i would tell the ones reading my comment that pls dont trust her…. The great person’s name is PRACHI… she is super talented in making fake promises and in end when she fails to do something she keeps on lieing and starts giving excuses and does not take the pain of function as other members of BelaMonde do. On the other hand I really liked the way KANIKA took complete charge for the decor… she did an amazing job, she did beyond commitments and from the time of booking till end she did not say NO to anything, she did whatever we asked and the way we said…. I must say KANIKA turns the dreams to reality, love her for making our day even more special…. And then comes SHANKY the great, another gem of BelaMonde’s team…. Only cause of him we could plan our marriage at the venue, i really liked the way he helped us in our bookings…. And solved our all queries anytime we asked him…. Really sweet of him😊

In end i would say special thanks to Kanika and Shanky to make the day even more...
