Initially I had not given any reason for giving 2 stars for the review as it's not mandatory. And that is an option Google has provided. However now i am editing my review since I got an email from the hotel asking me to write to them the reason for giving only 2 stars. That is quite acceptable and appreciable since they want to know the reason. Probably it could be to improve the service. But what caught my eyes was the word to respond back with the reason if it's not a FAKE REVIEW. Guys grow up, people don't have the time and energy to find your hotel and to give a negative review. Since you asked for it, Let me tell you why. I had been to hotel once as a ola driver dopped me at your gates saying its a good place to have food. However what pissed me was being escorted to the restaurant under the watchful eyes of a receptionist as if you're going to a hotel room probably! We had some starters and andlight food and came out as we where not really impressed with the Buffet on display. However the worst part was being followed out of the lobby by another hotel staff enquiring if we where checking out! It's quite embarrassing guys to be followed like that in front of other guest. We had an incredibly upsetting experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms and expected a peaceful stay, but were shocked to be kicked out in the middle of the night.
