Hotel O Dhankush — Hotel in Delhi

This hotel is FRAUD, I had booked hotel online and they changed me EXTRA 30% on arrival to hotel at checkin time. Lady at the reception is rude and gave some nonsense reasons for 30% extra charges. Her logic was that online booking is not allowed, then why hotel was listed by Oyo online.

I had no other option but to still pay extra and check-in as I had to reach somewhere in time.

Despite expressing my dissatisfaction to the reception lady, she was not even sorry and careless to smile in response.

It's shocking to see 4 star for this hotel... probably paid reviews, as number of review are less...

26/05/2024. My recent stay at Hotel Dhankush was utterly disappointing. The receptionist was rude, the rooms lacked ventilation, and despite booking AC rooms, the air conditioning didn't work. There was no support staff to assist with luggage, the bedsheets were visibly used, and the room was unclean. When we requested a room change, our plea was denied. Shockingly, we were still charged a hefty fee of 1500, without any prior warning about the dismal conditions. The hotel Dhankush is a fraud hotel. Warning - don't make any booing in this hotel. I booked in this hotel through Goibibo portal and got confirmation on my booking but when I reached this hotel Dhanush, the receptionist lady denied the check-in and said hotel is full and if you have any issue then talked to booking site. This was very embracing situation for me in front of my guest. This type of hotel should be banned and should be removed from all hotel booking sites.
