Subject: Disappointing Experience with a Damaged Cake - 7th Heaven

I recently ordered a cake from 7th Heaven for a special occasion, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the product I received. The cake was visibly damaged, with a large crack as you can clearly see in this photo.It significantly impacted the presentation and overall enjoyment of the cake.

Lastly i would like to say that I would strongly advise other customers to carefully inspect their cakes upon collection or delivery. I hope 7th Heaven will take this feedback seriously and improve their quality control and customer service...

I had a bad experience at 7th Heaven. Instead of cheese, they served me cream topped with blueberry syrup, which was very sweet and led to a toothache. I would not recommend this bakery to others. Edit :- I explicitly asked for Cheese cake , there was no discussion regarding any cream being added or how would it taste . Don't try to hide your mistake with the sugary words in the review like your overly sweet cream pastry. A simple advice from my side would be to listen and understand the customer clearly then act.
