Hotel O JPS Galaxy Hotel — Hotel in Delhi

I have first time to book this oyo but first experience is very bad i tell u in explain. washroom is not clean at all and pot is very dirty. Besdheet and pillow is very dirty i have capture all the photo of room i booked this hotel on 21.11.2021 today and check in this hotel at 1:10 he provide me the room no 207 and when i enter the room the room is not clean window glass is not there and window is covered with the towel for temporary base bedsheet and washroom already told in above. staff behaviour who entered the details in registered and take the id whos behaviour is very rude and also manager is very rude and who dont know how to talk to the customer or guest.i at yhay time i checked out on the spot at a time 1:20 its a request to all those who read my feedback please before check in please check the room first after that if u feel that room is good and tv is working condition then pay to the hotel if you do not check the room and pay the payment after that he will not refund the amount. Tv is not there in room he provided me the room no 207 after check in the room is very dirty and already shared the details above the room no 207 and 307 first room he orovude me is 207 i reject this room after that he provide me 307 i also reject this room becuase above mention reason.please dont go for outside the hotel beauty please check the room before you entered the room.this feedback is genuine from today incident.and i dont want to suffer anyone like...

The staff was uneducated, I already paid partial payment but he charged me same payment which is shown as an app. But I am with my partner that's why I have to pay the whole money because he denying me that I don't have any room so you have to pay a whole payment. And I said I already done with partial payment so he said talk to with oyo helpline number it's your responsibility not mine. The name of this person is Pankaj Rana I can't disclose the number but I have also the number. So it's my kind request to and the owner Ritesh Agarwal please be responsible with your brand name because there is some hotels they are totally destroying your name that they can see at Dwarka mod at Uttam Nagar it's located in New Delhi so it's a huge request please do something good for a couples because there is a best part in you are providing a best base so be responsible for these conditions on your name they are making money and they are not responsible for anything so increase your staff they can help you or maybe they can increase our facilities to make a safe and sophisticated and cleanliness and many more...

Worst hotel ever! I had lost my cash from a locked room. The rooms are totally damaged, no room service at all, no cleanliness, unhygienic, room doors are like a formality (adjusted the scrapped ones) and what not! I been there with my family and even after logging in nobody bothered about getting us the basic stuffs like soap, towels, cleaned and new bed sheets, water bottles, etc.

Talking about the rooms- it’s pathetic! The walls have holes (attached are the pics), some electrical wires come out from any place, only AC works, and the floors are a mess!

Room service people - they serve you in pajamas (even in nikkars) with no sense of hospitality. I personally have observed the receptionist screaming at customer.
