Veer Ji Malai Chaap Wale Uttam Nagar — Restaurant in Delhi

First and worst experience ever , poor customer service because I have visite them to take away and they taken my order at 9 PM and handed over me the partial order after 40 min and said you have to wait more 20 min , to received the chapties , and meanwhile they are treated their known or near dear customers on priority. Which makes me more angry on them for this sort of customer delivery.

I would suggest if you have patience more than 1 hours to take the order then only visit them other you may be get better quality food from any near restaurant.

The owner/manager of this outlet is pathetic and he dont know how to talk with costomers The day was 24th March 2024 we went there and we were 6 cousins First they served us the wrong order then that person he is the owner or manager he misbehaved and shouted infront of evryone he don’t know how to talk in front of girls that’s why we just left this place bcoz he’s that bad and I thought he is drunked also what i feel So guyz please be aware of such persons and outlets its not safe if you are with your female...

We tried Beliram chaap from their store. It was mouth watering. The chef made the dish in front of me and even given me a spoon of gravy to taste. He confirmed my statisfection before packing. The owner is also very polite and customer centric. Overall we enjoyed the dish.

I visited second time today and tried their Rara Meat chaap. Its really difficult to differentiate this with actual non veg. The way they prepared the dish was 90% similar to actual Rara Meat. The turn around time is quick. Its awsome to have veg dishes from their roster if you dont want to...
