Prior to my check-in, I had informed the hotel to kindly ensure the room was cleaned in advance, as I was scheduled to arrive late at night. However, upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that I would have to wait 15–20 minutes for the room. Subsequently, I was outright denied the room on the grounds that cleaning services were unavailable at that hour.

At the time of check in they forced me to pay 1204 extra since I prepaid they started making faces after seeing me. They did something and it started (showing extra money in app and I was in rush so choose to pay and leave. Rooms smelling, no cleaning. No water cooler working.
