A Captivating Journey through the Five Senses Park

As a passionate traveler, I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Five Senses Park, and it was an unforgettable experience that awakened my senses in ways I never thought possible. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, this park is a haven for anyone seeking a unique and immersive sensory adventure.

Upon entering the park, the sight of vibrant flowers, lush greenery, and meticulously crafted landscapes instantly captivated me. The park's visual appeal was further enhanced by stunning sculptures and art installations strategically placed throughout, providing a feast for the eyes at every turn.

Moving on to the sense of touch, I was delighted by the park's interactive exhibits. From textured pathways to interactive sculptures, I found myself constantly engaging with my surroundings. Feeling the coolness of a running stream and the softness of a moss-covered rock added a tactile dimension to my journey, fostering a deeper connection with nature.

The park also offered a symphony of sounds, with soothing melodies emanating from hidden speakers and the harmonious chorus of birdsong. These enchanting sounds created a serene atmosphere, allowing me to relax and fully immerse myself in the park's natural symphony.

One of the highlights of my visit was the culinary delights available at the park's café. With each bite, I discovered flavors that tantalized my taste buds and awakened my sense of taste. The use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients in the dishes further elevated the dining experience.

Lastly, the park's aromatic gardens enveloped me in a tapestry of scents. From the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers to the earthy aroma of herbs and spices, every inhalation was a sensory delight that transported me to another world.

In conclusion, the Five Senses Park is a must-visit destination for those seeking a truly immersive sensory experience. Its harmonious blend of visual beauty, tactile engagement, soothing sounds, delightful flavors, and captivating scents create a symphony of sensations that will leave a lasting impression. Whether you are a nature lover, an art enthusiast, or simply someone in search of tranquility, this park is a haven that will ignite your senses and leave you...

It is so strange that the garden shows open online & even at the ticketing counter but when we reached there after an hour's drive & parked our car, the security guard refused to let us inside saying that the garden is closed cos of corona. Its so surprising & disappointing that visitors come all the way spending time & effort, in so much traffic & they are told blandly that the park is closed. We will not allow you inside. The guards were rude too. Nd ticketing window closed. The landline number given for getting information on the garden..called that number..auto tone ..the number is discontinued. This park is under Delhi Tourism. Atleast give accurate information online. Tourists coming from far off including children & elderly, were so irritated & upset that there is no information about the park being closed. On asking the guards they were like ..hum kya karen..upar se order nhn hai..bolte hain log ayenge to waapis bhej do. Apne ap chale jayenge. In fact they are mentioning visiting timings. What sort of process is this which troubles people. A simple thing as updating information, which impacts people directly is not done . Extremely poor management or rather mismanagement. I even called the Delhi tourism office, which connects to the information counter. The lady had no clue, she ddnt even know whom to connect to or connect me to. Then she was like ill check & call back in 5 minutes. That 5 minutes did not happen anytime. Ultimately we had to leave the place disappointed. Kindly take cognizance & urgently do the needful. We went another time in dec and then it was open. It’s quite a big area with fountain at the Entrance. There is a nice landscaping where you can click pics. There are a few carts inside where you can buy mineral water, snacks and cold drinks. There is a golagappe wala too. There are wash rooms inside. Not too great but clean. There is an entry ticket of Rs 30 for an adult. You can play there get badminton etc I am a blogger on instagram & zomato as the @the_food_date. A Tranquil Oasis in the Heart of the City

I recently visited The Garden of Five Senses and was absolutely enchanted by this hidden gem nestled in the heart of the bustling city. From the moment I entered, I felt transported to a serene and peaceful world that offered a delightful escape from the urban chaos.

The meticulously landscaped gardens are a testament to the thoughtful design and planning that went into creating this haven. Every corner is a visual treat, with a harmonious blend of colors, textures, and fragrances. The variety of plants and flowers in bloom added a vibrant touch to the overall ambiance, creating a sensory delight for visitors.

One of the highlights for me was the well-designed pathways that meander through different themed areas, each offering a unique experience. From the fragrance garden, where aromatic blooms captivate your senses, to the sculpture garden, where art seamlessly blends with nature, every section has its own charm.

The Garden of Five Senses is not just a treat for the eyes; it's also a paradise for food enthusiasts. The food court offers a diverse range of culinary delights, from local street food to international cuisines. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging my taste buds while surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.

What impressed me most was the peaceful atmosphere that prevailed throughout the garden. It's a perfect place for introspection, relaxation, or simply unwinding with loved ones. The well-maintained seating areas, fountains, and shaded spots provided ample opportunities to sit back, relax, and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

In conclusion, The Garden of Five Senses is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a break from the hectic pace of city life. Whether you're a nature lover, an art enthusiast, or someone looking for a tranquil retreat, this garden offers a sensory feast that will leave you rejuvenated...

Garden of Five Senses 34 Garden Tourism Festival The Garden of Five Senses is a park in Delhi, India. Spread over 20 acres, the park is located in Saidul Ajaib village, opposite Saket, near the Mehrauli heritage area. Designed by Delhi architect, Pradeep Sachdeva, the park was developed by Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation, Delhi at a cost of Rs 10.5 crore (105,000,000 rupees), over a period of three years and opened in February 2003. Partly built over a rocky terrain, the garden has various theme areas, including a section on the lines of Mughal Gardens, plus pools of water lilies, bamboo courts, herb gardens and solar energy park. 34th Garden Tourism Festival Celebrating the hues of Mother Nature and the fervour of Spring Season, Delhi Tourism in association with Government of Delhi has been organizing ‘Garden Tourism Festival’ in the city for more than three decades. The objective is to create awareness about the environment and showcase the rich floriculture of Delhi. The festival over the years has become the biggest flower show in the capital as participants include leading nurseries, horticulture & floriculture societies and suppliers of the horticultural equipment, seeds, fertilizers etc. Decking the Garden of Five Senses with flowering plants along the walkways, the festival aims to make for a vibrant and refreshing experience for its visitors. Garden Tourism Festival, besides being a delight to visit with one’s friends and family, will proffer its annual Garden Bazaar. Unlike a three-day format that was being followed previously, Delhi Tourism has extended the festival to three weeks, to give a safe, socially distanced and memorable experience to its visitors and is themed ‘Colours of Nature’ this year
