The air conditioner worked perfectly, it was very important. There was hot water in the shower. We stayed at Hotel Preet Palace in Jangpura for two days, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel is within walking distance of Nizamuddin Railway Station, which is quite convenient, though the nearest metro station isn’t very close. Autorickshaws and other transport options are easily available at all times. The check-in process was smooth, and the room we got was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people, even though we were just two. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks like chips, KitKat, Frooti, and biscuits.

The room and basic amenities were clean and decent, though the door locks for both the room and the washroom needed maintenance. The bathroom, in particular, wasn’t very clean or well-maintained, which was a bit disappointing. There was no kettle in the room at first, but they provided one on request—although without any tea or sugar sachets.
